How can private, public and civil society organizations manage the big and complex issues of our time, such as pandemics, war, poverty, social inequality, climate, biodiversity, and ecological challenges?

What strategies should we follow in crisis management and crisis accountability, organizational design and institutionalization, to manage such challenges?

How can the experiences and perspectives we gain in conflict-filled times foster a more diverse leadership ethic and organizational social responsibility?

To discuss these complex issues, we have invited the following participants: Professor Sanneke Kuipers from Leiden University, Professor Eric Carlström from University of Gothenburg and University of South-Eastern Norway, and the retired Norwegian Army office Lieutenant General Robert Mood. The debate is moderated by Jan Erik Grindheim, Associate Professor at USN Business School, University of South-Eastern Norway.
